We have set out the terms and conditions which apply to information shown in the pages of www.keentowean.co.uk, and to the ordering of any of these products. By placing an order, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

Secure Ordering:
Keen to Wean uses PayPal for the processing of all payment transactions. This is a secure processing system. For information on their terms and conditions please click here for a link to their web site http://www.paypal.co.uk. PayPal is easy to set up and free to use for purchases. PayPal also allows customers without an account to pay by credit card. Products maybe ordered via our online shopping pages and continuing to the secure ordering check out, via email or over the telephone on 0774 0651358. Currently we are not authorised to take credit card details so orders made by email or over the phone will have to be paid for by cheque or by PayPal (our electronic invoice will provide you with a link to PayPal to provide step by step instructions on how to do this). Cheques should be made out to Keen to Wean and sent to Keen to Wean, Post House, West Street, Barford St Martin, Wilts, SP3 4AH. Please note that no goods will be sent out until payment has cleared.

Receipt of Order Confirmation:
We will always send you an email acknowledging successful receipt of your order which you may want to file or print out to keep for future reference. It is subject to stock availability and does not constitute a binding contract.

Delivery:
We will despatch in-stock items the next working day. Please note that all UK orders placed via the secure online shopping pages will either be sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or by Courier dependant on size of parcel. Prices are calculated by weight on a per order basis but total delivery cost will never exceed £8.00 per order. If your shopping cart indicates a higher postage cost than £8.00 you will be refunded the difference on receipt of order. Delivery will normally take 2-4 working days from dispatch but during busy periods may take a little longer.

If you wish to save money on postage you may request Royal Mail Standard 1st Class Delivery. This option is not available on our online shopping pages but may be applied to emailed orders. Please send your order to info@keentowean.co.uk. Price will be calculated on a per order basis. Please note, however, that in this case, Keen to Wean will accept no responsibility for postal delays/ losses. 

European Orders - All EU (not UK) orders placed via the secure online shopping pages will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail. All items are eligible for shipment but shipments weighing more than 1kg in total may be subject to a small surcharge after checkout. This will be invoiced seperately and will be payable via PayPal. Please be aware that packaging material will need be added to the weight of your order if you wish to estimate the total weight using our online weight guides. You should allow no less than 0.18kgs (180 grams) for packaging materials.

We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website. Privacy Policy:
Keen to Wean only keeps names and addresses of existing customers for the purpose of sending newsletters updating them on special offers, sales and new products. Please note that these details are not passed on to any 3rd party.

Exclusion of Liability:
Keen to Wean accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss damage or expense caused whether consequential or otherwise which you suffer or become liable to arising from the purchase of any products from Keen to Wean.

Time of the Essence:
Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery takes place within the period specified, time is not of the essence and Keen to Wean will not accept liability arising from any delay in delivery of the goods ordered for whatever reason.

Complaint / Refunds:
Once you have placed an order you are committed to purchasing that product. If after delivery you are not completely satisfied with your products for whatever reason, you may return them unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. You will need to include your Keen to Wean packing slip (or a photocopy) with your returned item(s). Please obtain proof of postage from the post office as Keen to Wean will not accept liability for loss of goods in the postal service. We regret that we are unable to accept returns of any goods that have been assembled. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Availability:
All items are subject to availability. If your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately with expected delivery times. If after this you choose to cancel your order Keen to Wean will issue a full refund.
